Medium: 7 inches - fits most people / average adult

Large: 8 inches - fits larger wrists / average man or larger frame

Extra small: 13" -  petite frame / tighter fit around neck

Small: 14" - average frame / comfortable fit around neck

Medium: 16" - average frame / looser fit around base of throat

Large: 18" - larger frame / loose fit around collarbone
